Email support@piptranslate.com and include your iOS version and a short description of what happened. We usually reply within one business day.
Common questions
- Getting started: Open the app, pick your languages, and follow the guided iOS screen flow. The FAQ covers the most frequent setup questions.
- Translation not appearing: Make sure the screen broadcast is running and the source language matches the text on screen.
- Manage or cancel subscription: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
